Sheldon B. Ross - Principal, President & Chief Executive Officer

A veteran executive, Mr. Ross is very active in the Restaurant and Hospitality industries. He is a constant advocate for diversity and inclusion, minority supplier diversity and business development. Mr. Ross consults on diversity and inclusion, diversity procurement and acquisitions for majority companies and certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises. 

Mr. Ross is a seasoned professional with exceptional integrated communication and branding skills, with a proven track record and experience with global sales, marketing, product development, multi-channel print communications, and distribution. Sheldon’s expertise in minority supplier development and diversity has made him a highly respected professional across all industry verticals.

Mr. Ross is a graduate of Williams College and Executive Management Programs at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan. He has over 35 years of sales, marketing and business development experience.

Mr. Ross spent ten years with Scott Paper Company in a variety of sales and marketing management positions in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Mr. Ross has also held executive business development positions at Central National Gottesman, L.P.Thebault, Creative Printing Services The Matlet Group, and ARI Packaging.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) and chairs their Supplier Diversity Committee.

Mr. Ross serves as a Safety and Emergency Services Officer in Arizona Wing of the Civil Air Patrol (United States Air Force Auxiliary) . He is also an experienced Emergency Management professional who is a Reservist for The Arizona Department Emergency  Management and Military Affairs (DEMA) and for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
