Sheldon B. Ross - Principal, President & Chief Executive Officer

A veteran executive, Mr. Ross is very active in the Restaurant and Hospitality industries. He is a constant advocate for diversity and inclusion, minority supplier diversity and business development. Mr. Ross consults on diversity and inclusion, diversity procurement and acquisitions for majority companies and certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises. 

Mr. Ross is a seasoned professional with exceptional integrated communication and branding skills, with a proven track record and experience with global sales, marketing, product development, multi-channel print communications, and distribution. Sheldon’s expertise in minority supplier development and diversity has made him a highly respected professional across all industry verticals.

Mr. Ross is a graduate of Williams College and Executive Management Programs at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan. He has over 35 years of sales, marketing and business development experience.

Mr. Ross spent ten years with Scott Paper Company in a variety of sales and marketing management positions in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Mr. Ross has also held executive business development positions at Central National Gottesman, L.P.Thebault, Creative Printing Services The Matlet Group, and ARI Packaging.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) and chairs their Supplier Diversity Committee.

Mr. Ross serves as a Safety and Emergency Services Officer in Arizona Wing of the Civil Air Patrol (United States Air Force Auxiliary) . He is also an experienced Emergency Management professional who is a Reservist for The Arizona Department Emergency  Management and Military Affairs (DEMA) and for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

Ronald J. Heagle - Principal, Senior Vice President, Business Development, Secretary and Treasurer

Mr. Heagle is an experienced executive in the food safety and hospitality industries, with over forty years of experience. He has won many awards and is recognized by that industry for expertise in developing cutting-edge methodology for the servicing of customers’ needs. His implementation of the Circle the Customer business model is recognized as the most successful formula, and he is regularly asked by industry executives to consult on matters concerning customer service, food safety, regulatory compliance and other management issues.

A bachelor of business science graduate of Southern New Hampshire College, in Manchester, NH, Mr. Heagle began his career with Ecolab, the leading provider of environmental sanitation products. As president of corporate accounts, he developed their dominance in the national accounts business.

Mr. Heagle then became president of Service 145 Corporation, a joint venture with the Molson Corporation’s wholly owned Diversey Corporation, in which he expanded Diversey’s presence in corporate accounts and in the distribution business.

He also formed Hospitality Purchasing and Marketing LLC (HPM), an aggregation of independent restaurants to increase their purchasing power. HPM united with Metromedia International to create Metromedia Energy, which currently supplies and manages energy purchasing services for many of the largest national companies.


J. Chris Petrakis - Principal

Mr. Petrakis was formerly the National Accounts Manager– Food Service Division, in charge of the Alpine Gloves hospitality business.  He initiated the Alpine Glove restaurant and hospitality market business and is responsible for the recruiting and authorizing of distributors to serve these contracted customers.


Prior to contracting with Alpine Gloves, Inc., Mr. Petrakis served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing–Food Service for Medical Care Concepts, Inc. of Coral Gables, FL. He directed most of his efforts into the hospitality marketplace and signed up two of the company’s largest customers—Marriott International and Outback Steakhouse. He oversaw every facet of these national programs, from the development of training materials to the national roll out through prime distributors.

Mr. Petrakis, a Bachelor of Arts graduate of Catawba College in Salisbury, NC., was the Founder of Alliance Healthcare, Inc. in Fairfax, VA.
